The Global Business Advisors Managing Partner will manage the entire transaction process:

  • Buyer Communication: Defining the best buyers and "Selling" the acquisition opportunity.
  • Buyer Visits: Coordinating visits with select qualified buyers.
  • Negotiations: Negotiating acceptable price, terms and structure.
  • Due Diligence: Managing the entire due diligence process including the buyer's review of the operational, financial, and legal information of the business.
  • Closing: Working with attorneys and accountants and managing the successful closing.
